A few useful things to check
Start with a small experiment. You can always take it further.
The preview is not moving
Previews pause outside the viewport and when the tab is hidden. Some gradients and geometric patterns are intentionally static. Reduced-motion settings may also pause playback; open the asset and select Play preview to start it manually.
A preview is unavailable
Check your connection and whether your browser supports WebGL. If a video or effect still fails, contact us with the asset title and your browser. The prompt remains available independently of playback.
The prompt did not copy
Your browser may restrict clipboard access. Allow clipboard access for the Lab in your browser, then select Copy Prompt again. Copying does not require visiting another service.
The result looks different
A design brief needs interpretation and suitable source media. Tell your tool which parts differ: composition, scale, colour, lighting or timing. For live effects, first check the dependency version and exact settings supplied in the prompt.
